                                           Shipping Disclaimer

 

Please be advised that you are taking the risk, and accept all responsibilities when deciding to have a live bird shipped to you from out of State. There are so many things that can happen after I drop off the bird to be shipped at my local Post Office Branch. For example, weather conditions from Florida to designated State, ground or air transport delays, sorting, processing, and possible miss handling by the carriers and so forth.

I can guarantee you that I will only ship healthy weaned birds, but there are unforeseen circumstances while the bird is traveling over to you in the airplane. There can be airborne viruses or bacteria while they are inside the airplane cargo compartment and that is something out of my control. These live animal cargo airplanes transports hundreds of live animals daily, specially from Florida.

 

My birds are shipped in a special covered LIVE BIRDS shipping box carrier with food, water, treats, a perch for feet comfort and balance, a hand-made cozy hut during the winter season to ensure a comfortable stress free travel experience. I do my best to ensure my bird's safety.

 

I will take pictures or a video of the bird during the home shipping process and send them to you to ensure you of the bird's health condition prior shipment. All though I had a lot of success shipping my birds all over United States for over 15 years, it is important that YOU are aware and understand that YOU are taking the risk by adopting a bird from out of State. Therefore, YOU AGREE that if the bird becomes unalive AFTER 3 days (72 hours) it arrives at your residence

NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE will be given.

 

In the tragedy event the bird becomes unalive within the 3 days (72 hours) of its arrival deadline, I will send you another bird free of charge once another bird becomes available. NO MONEY REFUND will be given. You will be responsible to cover the cost for the shipping and handling service for the new bird in the original amount paid for previous bird.

 

Please take a picture or video of the bird on the day of its arrival and send it to me via text 407-664-0422 , Facebook messenger @LovebirdNursery or via email lovebirdnursery@yahoo.com ASAP for my peace of mind so I know it's safe to continue to provide shipping service to out of State families. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

 

USPS Priority Mail Express Live Birds Policy

 

Live animals can only be processed with USPS via Priority Mail Express service and be delivered Wed - Fri.

Live animals cannot be delivered on Weekends.

Refunds for Express service failures on shipments of Live animals can only be given unless there is no Attempt or
